Born in Panama to professional parents, Roberto Mosquera is a Civil Engineer by profession, graduated in Costa Rica with more than 30 years of experience in various fields such as: Construction Project Management, Environment, Appraisals and international consultant in Natural Risk Management. He is currently the General Manager of BERGT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, where he directs the development of social housing projects and mid-range housing, from its consulting and construction phase. Engineer Mosquera has worked with companies such as VIVIENDACOOP, RL; CODEPRO, S.A., CONSTRUCTORA DYSATEC, in the Republic of Costa Rica. He has also worked in the Republic of Panama holding public positions with SINAPROC, MOP, MINSA; non-governmental organizations such as CEPREDENAC, SIECA, IDB, AECID and also with private companies. He is a lover of music and family, a human being with high principles and values ​​of leadership and responsibility.
